Expansive Energy

Some people who have been involved in Tantra for a while say they can reach another level of consciousness. I can’t say that I have ever experienced this but I have experienced expansive energy on several occasions. It happens after I have been filled with a lot of delicious tantric sexual energy. Sometimes I feel it right away as I breathe deeply and let the wonderful energy travel throughout my body but most often I experience this a few hours or even a day after.

When experiencing this I get a nice warm feeling and my vision seems to get a little fuzzier. I invariably get a smile on my face and the world seems like a better place. It also seems like I become more sensitive to the energy of others and that I am connecting to everything and everyone around me. It’s a wonderful feeling but it is somewhat fleeting; lasting usually no more than a few minutes.

Today I shared a particularly yummy tantric session. My partner took my sexual energy on ever increasing waves and then helped me ride the edge in total ecstatic bliss. A few hours later, without warning, I felt this beautiful expansive energy. I smiled, sat down and just enjoyed the feeling.
